07:00 AM – Tour Begins
Our driver will pick you up from your hotel in Arica to begin this exciting adventure to Tacna, Peru. We'll start with a day full of history and culture, exploring the city's most iconic sites before crossing the border.

07:30 AM – San Marcos Cathedral
First stop at the imposing San Marcos Cathedral, an icon of Arica with its unique metal structure and singular architectural design. Here you can admire its facade, learn about its history, and take photographs while appreciating the combination of art, history, and spirituality.

08:15 AM – House of Culture and House of Response (Bolognesi House)
We will continue to the House of Culture and the historic House of Response (Bolognesi House), spaces that preserve the memory of the War of the Pacific and showcase the cultural richness of Arica. You will be able to explore the architecture, discover historical accounts, and immerse yourself in local traditions.

09:15 AM – Morro de Arica
We'll head to the iconic Morro de Arica, where you'll enjoy panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean and the entire city. Here you'll find the Christ of Peace statue and the Historical and Arms Museum, perfect spots for taking photos and appreciating the city's history and grandeur from above.

10:15 AM – Departure for the border
We will depart for the Chacalluta border crossing (Chile), where we will complete the immigration process to enter Peru. During the transfer, which takes approximately 1 to 1.5 hours, you can admire the desert and coastal landscapes, observing the cultural differences between the two countries.

11:45 AM – Arrival in Tacna
Upon arrival in Tacna, we will begin our tour of the city's main attractions, combining culture, history, and tradition.

12:00 PM – Tacna's Plaza de Armas
We will visit the iconic Plaza de Armas, surrounded by palm trees and historic architecture, where the Tacna Cathedral and the symbolic Parabolic Arch are located. Time for photos and to enjoy the local atmosphere.

12:45 PM – Cultural Tour and Shopping
Walk through main streets and shopping areas, where you can learn about the history of Tacna, explore local markets and purchase typical handicrafts and souvenirs.

1:30 PM – Lunch and free time
Time to enjoy Peruvian cuisine (not included) and explore more traditional shops or cafes, combining history, culture and local flavors.

3:00 PM – Optional Cultural Activities
Optionally, you can visit the Regional Historical Museum, the Locomotive Park, or other historical sites that showcase the evolution and traditions of Tacna.

4:30 PM – Return to Arica
We will begin our return to Arica, crossing the border again and enjoying the desert and coastal landscapes along the way.

6:30 – 7:00 PM – Arrival in Arica
Arrival at your hotel in Arica, ending a day full of history, culture, breathtaking landscapes and unforgettable experiences.

Note: This tour can also be done over two days for an additional cost, allowing you to enjoy each stop at a more leisurely pace and visit Arica's beaches. This option offers extra time to explore the city, relax by the sea, and discover the Morro de Arica; simply indicate this when booking.\n

	What documents do I need to cross the border between Chile and Peru?
	To cross by land from Arica (Chile) to Tacna (Peru), you need your valid ID or passport. At the border, you will complete immigration procedures at the Chacalluta Border Complex (Chile) and the Santa Rosa checkpoint (Peru). Remember to keep your personal documents with you at all times and in good condition to avoid any problems.

	What can I do in Tacna during the tour?
